how do i apply for HDFC All Miles credit card?

  • in the category of ‘premium travel credit card’, click on ‘All Miles’.
  • click on the ‘apply online’ under the ‘contact us’ section to apply for the credit card.

the charges keep changing according to your payback and utilisation pattern but the maximum interest rate is 3.5% per month and 42% annually.

you can earn rewards points in the multiples of ₹150 for carrying out transactions.

what should i do if i have a billing dispute?

if you find the content of your statement to be incorrect, you should contact the HDFC Bank within 30 days of the statement date in which the particular transaction appears.

when do i have to fill out the progressive dispute form?

after you submit your CDF form, the HDFC Bank will intimate the merchant of the billing dispute. the merchant will then provide all the necessary documents as evidence for the disputed transactions. if you still aren’t convinced by the documents provided by the merchant, then you should fill out the progressive dispute form.

why do i have to fill out a card dispute form (CDF) for reporting a billing dispute?

as per the guidelines of Visa/Mastercard, you have to fill out a CDF providing details regarding credit card dispute. HDFC Bank will then investigate the disputed transaction with the merchant.

does HDFC Bank remind their customers of the outstanding amount?

yes, HDFC Bank sends reminders of the outstanding amount remaining on your credit card through SMS, post, fax, telephone, email, and engages a third party to follow up and collect the outstanding dues.
