AU Bank credit card payment online methods

net banking: if you have a net banking account with AU Small Finance Bank Limited, you can log in to your net banking account, select the relevant AU Bank credit card from the menu, enter the bill amount, and proceed further to pay your AU Bank credit card bill. 

auto-pay: if you often forget the due date of your credit card bill payment, then it’s better to set an auto-pay mandate to pay your bills automatically. you can log in to your bank account to set a mandate for auto-pay against your AU Bank credit card. you need to select the payment amount (outstanding or minimum due), payment date, and authorize your bank to auto-deduct the credit card bill every month. 

mobile app: you can use AU Bank mobile app for your credit card bills. you can download the AU Bank app from the app store of your device. log in to your AU Bank app, tap on the ‘credit cards’ section, select your relevant credit card from the options, enter the due amount and click on ‘pay’ to confirm your payment. 

NEFT (national electronic funds transfer): if you don’t have an AU net banking account, you pay your AU Bank credit card bill via the net banking account of any other bank using the NEFT facility. but to make the NEFT fund transfer, you need to add your AU Bank credit card as ‘payee/beneficiary. 

UPI (unified payments interface): you can pay your AU Bank credit card bills via UPI. to pay your AU Bank credit card bills via UPI, you need to create a UPI ID first. once you have the UPI ID, log in to your mobile banking app, click on the bill payment option, and select the ‘credit cards’ option. next, enter your AU Bank credit card details, desired payment amount, and pay your credit card bill.

cash payment: to pay your AU Bank credit card bill through cash, you need to visit the nearest AU Bank branch and deposit the payment at the credit card bill payment counter. however, note that for cash payments, AU Bank charges a processing fee. 

cheque payment: write a cheque in favour of your AU Bank card number, fill in the payment amount, and drop the cheque at the ATM or designated cheque dropbox to pay your AU Bank credit card bill. 

ATM funds transfer: to pay your AU Bank credit card bill via ATM funds transfer, you must have an AU Bank debit card. swipe your AU Bank debit card at an ATM, select ‘credit card payment’ from the menu and follow the instructions to pay your AU Bank credit card bill.
