yes, the e-statement sent to in PDF format is password protected. this PDF will be in a 128-bit encrypted format which can be accessed through the unique password. this password will consist of nine alphanumeric containing the first four letters of your name and the five characters of your date of birth in dd/mmm format.

i haven’t received my monthly statement via email, what should i do?

you will receive your monthly credit card statement via email within two working days. if you still haven’t received it, add ‘net.statement@citicorp.com’ in your contacts as the mail may be in your spam or junk mail as the settings in your mail may block it or tag it as spam. you can also verify your email ID and check if it is correct by logging into your internet banking account. click on ‘your contact details’ to verify your email ID. you can also contact the Citibank customer care number for further queries regarding delivery.
